We help businesses find working capital. We collect information about your business, identify options that may fit, and present your information to funding partners who may make you an offer.
We are not a lender. We do not approve applications, issue funds, or set rates or repayment terms. Those decisions belong to the funding partner, under a separate agreement between you and them. We also do not give legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Any rates or terms we discuss are examples only. Your actual offer comes from the funding partner and may be different.
Who can use our services
You must be at least 18, in the United States, and seeking financing for business purposes only. If you are signing up for a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.
No guarantee of funding
We cannot promise you will get an offer, or that any offer will be on terms you like. Sending us your information does not obligate us or any funding partner to do anything.
You are responsible for reviewing any offer and deciding whether to accept it. We recommend having your attorney or accountant review a financing agreement before you sign.
How we get paid
We may receive a commission from a funding partner when a deal closes, so we have a financial interest in transactions we introduce. What you agree to

Electronic agreements and recorded calls
You agree to receive our communications electronically, and that checking a box or typing your name counts as your signature.
